What’s different here

This isn’t about managing your mind better.

You may already know how to breathe, journal, distract yourself, go for a walk or try to switch off.

Those things can help in the moment.

But if your mind still believes there is something important to solve, check or prepare for, it keeps pulling you back in.

THE SHIFT

What if the problem isn’t that you think too much — but that every thought feels like something you need to do something about?

A meeting → gets replayed
An email → feels urgent again
Tomorrow → starts tonight

Because it all feels so real in the moment, the mind keeps trying to fix, solve, prepare and protect.

The deeper shift comes from seeing something about how that experience is being created in the first place.

Not forcing a new belief. Not convincing yourself everything is fine. But beginning to notice that a thought can feel compelling without needing to be followed.

Understanding changes the relationship.
Resets help you experience the change.

The guided resets and meditations are there to make this practical — not to manufacture calm, but to help you stop wrestling with the experience long enough to notice what becomes available when there is less effort in the way.

How it works

Three shifts.
One way back to your life.

The 3R system is a simple way to understand what keeps work alive after work — and how to stop giving it the rest of your evening.

01 · RECOGNISE
What did they mean? Should I reply? Maybe I should check… What if tomorrow…
Recognise

Catch the second shift.

See the mind creating urgency, replaying, predicting and trying to secure an outcome — without assuming every thought needs action.

02 · RESET
Trying to solve it
Notice what’s happening
Less in the way
Reset

Step out of the loop.

Stop adding so much effort to the experience. Let things settle enough to notice the thought without automatically following it.

03 · RECLAIM
Dinner
Conversation
Sleep
Work mattered. Work ended. Life carried on.
Reclaim

Come back to your life.

Return to your evening, your relationships and your rest — with less of work running in the background.

The second shift

Work is taking more than your working hours.

5:14
The email is sent.
8:03
You’re still checking how you worded it.
10:41
You’re imagining what they might say tomorrow.
11:27
Tomorrow has already started in your head.
The meeting gets another two hours.
The email gets dinner.
Tomorrow gets tonight.
What changes

Get your evenings back.

Not a life without demanding work. A life where a demanding day doesn’t automatically become a demanding evening.

Dinner is dinner.

No mentally reopening the laptop while somebody is talking to you.

Be where you are.

The conversation you’re having is the one you’re actually in.

Tomorrow can wait.

Go to bed without solving tomorrow tonight.

Care deeply. Think clearly. Then come home.

You don’t have to choose between doing good work and having a life outside it.

Your guide

Hi, I’m Adam — Coach & Mental Health Practitioner.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and work as an iHeart Coach and Lived Experience Practitioner.

I help busy professionals step out of the work loops that follow them home, so they can actually enjoy the rest of their life.

My approach is practical, grounded and shaped around real situations — not generic advice or endless worksheets.

Coaching and resilience education for everyday work stress and overthinking. Not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or crisis support.
Clear answers

Before you decide.

Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching for everyday work stress and overthinking, not diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.
What if I’ve already tried mindfulness, journalling or switching-off techniques?
Those can be useful. This work is not about giving your already-busy mind another routine to perform harder; it focuses on what keeps the loop feeling necessary and how to relate to it differently.
Do I need all 13 sessions?
The programme is designed as a complete process so there is time to understand, practise, apply and integrate the work in your real life.
What does WhatsApp support mean?
You can send text or voice notes between sessions when a real situation comes up. It is between-session support, not 24/7 emergency or crisis support.
How do I know if this is right for me?
Start with the free Clarity Reflection. If the approach resonates and you want deeper support, the next step is a conversation.

Work can matter without owning your evening.

Start with one situation that is still following you around.
